What does a typical yacht rental package include?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Depending on the type of charter, additions vary—for example, sunset cruises come with gourmet snacks and premium drinks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and tailored catering choices.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest reserving 2–3 weeks ahead, or even earlier from May to September due to high demand. For company events and personal festivities, try to book 4–6 weeks in advance for preferred dates and to allow for personalized arrangements.
What is the contingency plan for inclement weather?
Your safety stands as our foremost concern. If adverse weather conditions arise, as determined by our captain, we will suggest an alternative charter date or issue a complete refund. We regularly track weather forecasts and will notify you about any concerns 24 hours prior to your departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions and soft drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own meals and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide exquisite catering options and can tailor the menu to suit your tastes. Take note, for safety measures, glassware is forbidden on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility concerns?
Our goal is to serve all guests. Some of our yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. We advise discussing your specific requirements during your booking, and we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and ensure suitable accommodations are in place.
What is the policy for cancellations?
A full refund is issued for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations done between 24 and 72 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure will not be refundable, except in cases of unforeseen weather conditions or mechanical failures on our part.
