All services are offered based on availability and weather conditions. We retain the right to change or cancel services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a yacht, you are required to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide truthful and complete information
  • Pay the necessary deposit as delineated in your booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking confirmation is only secured once payment is received and we have issued written acknowledgment. We reserve the capability to decline service to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Reservation of charters is contingent upon yacht availability and appropriate weather conditions. We will endeavour to meet your booking preferences for dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are presented in € and incorporate relevant taxes unless indicated differently. Price points are changeable without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost is due at the time of reservation
  • Final Balance: Expected 48 hours before the charter departs
  • Additional charges (if applicable): Expected upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept key credit cards, bank transfers, and validated cheques. Our payment processing is secured and uses encryption methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Complete refund minus any processing charges
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half of the payment is refunded
  • Less than 24 hours to departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should weather conditions not be safe as determined by our captain, options include:

  • Rebooking your charter to another available date at no extra charge
  • A complete refund if another booking date is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there is a mechanical failure with the designated yacht, we will attempt to arrange an alternative. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to instructions given by the crew
  • Utilize the safety equipment that is provided when necessary
  • Inform about any medical conditions that may influence their safety
  • Stay within marked areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are not allowed on board, including:

  • Glassware
  • Unlawful substances
  • Firearms or any other weapons
  • Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic drinks
  • Pets (except when permission is granted)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Should behavior jeopardize safety or disturb others, we reserve the right to terminate the charter early without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Liability on our part is limited to the total paid sum for your charter. We deny responsibility for:

  • Injuries arising from a guest's negligence
  • Loss or harm to personal belongings
  • Indirect or special damages, including punitive losses
  • Delays instigated by weather or events outside of our command

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain inclusive marine insurance for our fleet and business operations. We recommend that passengers have their own travel and personal insurance policies.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our yacht charter services signifies an understanding of the inherent risks involved in maritime activities, with participants assuming responsibility for their own health and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itinerary alterations, including those involving routes or schedules, may be necessary due to factors such as weather, security concerns, or operational needs. Our intention is to facilitate equivalent experiences wherever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We will not hold responsibility for delays, cancellations, or amendments due to forces beyond our purview such as:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Governmental actions
  • Port terminations
  • Vehicular malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your confidential information is safeguarded in line with our Privacy Policy. Service usage indicates agreement with the compilation and utilization of data as specified in our Privacy Policy.
